it makes sense Bush would try to defend his spying program, but the rationale stinks..

one has to ask, if you by pass the law mr president, that being FISA which is entirely adequate inspite of your protestations. exactly what laws are you going to prosecute those against whom substantiative evidence is found.

are you going to farcically transform them into enemy combatants...

how can you bypass the law and then expect to prosecute under it.

the president has probably undermined all extant terrorist legal cases by "executive order'.. is it really worth exerting presidential perogative..

i don't get it . Bush:moron. how does undermining our terrorism cases in progress make the country safer, please explain...
